Mobile Deposit Outage
On June 20th, 2018 our Mobile Deposit service became unavailable for use.
Mobile Deposit was provided to First State Bank through a vendor relationship, that we in turn offered to our customers for ease and convenience. Our vendor had a major internal server issue and as of July 5th, has been unable to restore service to the previous working state.
We rolled out Mobile Deposit to our customers in 2014 and over the past four years we have seen this service grow in its usage and dependability. We understand this has been very frustrating for many of our customers and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused anyone. Please know our team at First State Bank is investigating all of our options, including ending our current vendor relationship and replacing it with a new company.
